Between 2015 and 2018, five organisations from Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom cooperated in Vocational Guidance in CLIL.
This ERASMUS+ project aimed to create an Online Training Platform addressed to European workers who considered searching for a job in one of the five partner countries. The platform contains interactive exercises to discover the labour market of a country while improving one's command of that country's language. These two aspects are articulated through the CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) methodology.
This platform is active and can be used by everyone, after free registration.
Aware that the audience of that project was limited (skilled Europeans with good command of the target language), the partner organisations decided to extend the project with VGCLIL for Migrants, which will apply the same methodology to exercises targeted at lower skilled learners, who have a lower knowledge of Europe and its languages and culture.
The platform prototype should be available in November 2019.
